Step 1 - your vision

Before arranging a consultation, it's a good idea to gather as much information as possible - any of the following points will help ensure that we can assist you as best as we can.

Design Concept and Inspiration: any sketches, photos or aesthetic preferences you have in mind.
Functional Requirements: what's the purpose and function of this project? Describe any specific features you may require.
Dimensions: if possible, accurate measurements will help us better determine the scale of your project. We are more than happy to come and measure for you should you require!

Step 2 - book a free consultation

Once you've gathered as much information for your desired project, get in touch to book in a free consultation using the button below.

One of our friendly consultants will contact you via your preferred contact method and we can discuss your vision and advise on any queries you may have.

We're here to help and love to work closely with our clients on a case by case basis to ensure we deliver the best service possible. In the consultation you can expect to receive information what we can do for you, discuss your appropriate budget and timeframe, and what the next steps will be should you decide to work with us.

step 3 - presentation

After we've had the consultation and got a good idea of your vision, our expert team will digitally design and provide accurate renders of your piece to ensure you're happy with the design before deciding to proceed.

We also offer the option to create virtual augmented reality 3D models that you can use to view your project in your own space.

step 4 - quote and order confirmation

Once we have received confirmation that you're happy with the design and would like to proceed, we will process your order on our systems and send over all of the official documentation to confirm.

Our bespoke design service is priced on a case by case basis and depends on the scale of the project, as well as the materials and supplies needed - all of this will be discussed throughout the initial steps, and we are always happy to discuss alternative payment options wherever possible.

step 5 - manufacturing

After your deposit is received we can start the exciting process of bringing your idea to life!

Our passionate team of joiners will begin the build in our small workshop with great care and attention to detail - overseeing the process from sourcing the required materials from sustainable UK suppliers, building your project, to custom stains and finishes you require.

We are always more than happy to keep you updated with photos and videos along the way too!

step 6 - delivery and installation

We offer free delivery on bespoke orders within the UK mainland only. Installation and fitting service is also available should you so require.

Bespoke furniture items tend to take between 4-6 weeks from the point of order to complete. Delivery for larger projects will be arranged on a case by case basis as per the discussed timeframe throughout our initial communications.
